We’re hiring a Lead Generation Specialist to help drive outbound prospecting and keep the top of the sales funnel full. If you're confident on the phone, quick to build rapport, and know how to handle objections with ease, this role is for you.

THE ROLE

As our Lead Generation Specialist, you’ll be responsible for initiating first contact with potential clients, qualifying leads, and booking discovery calls for the sales team. This role is heavy on cold calling, so you'll need to be comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls each day. You’ll work from a clear script and target list but also be able to think on your feet and adjust based on each conversation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospects to introduce the company and qualify interest
  • Follow a lead script while also adapting to live conversations
  • Set appointments and schedule discovery calls for account executives
  • Log all call activity, responses, and outcomes in the CRM
  • Handle objections professionally and work to overcome barriers
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on campaign targeting
  • Track KPIs and performance metrics related to outreach and conversion
  • Provide feedback from calls to help improve scripts and targeting

Qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in outbound sales, cold calling, appointment setting, or lead generation
  • Confident phone presence and strong verbal communication skills
  • Comfort using CRMs such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools
  • Ability to follow scripts while sounding natural and engaging
  • Strong listening skills and objection-handling abilities
  • Comfortable working toward daily and weekly activity targets
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and eager to win
