We’re currently hiring an Executive Assistant to support our leadership team. If you’re detail-oriented, proactive, and energized by creating structure and solving problems before they happen, this could be a great fit.

THE ROLE

As our Executive Assistant, you will support the CEO and other members of the leadership team in managing calendars, communications, logistics, and daily operations. You will play a key role in keeping the team focused, organized, and moving forward by anticipating needs, managing time, and protecting space for deep work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage calendars, meetings, and scheduling across multiple time zones
  • Coordinate travel, prepare detailed itineraries, and ensure smooth logistics
  • Organize internal meetings, agendas, and follow-ups
  • Prepare, format, and proofread presentations, emails, and internal documents
  • Support team operations by handling administrative tasks, special projects, and inbox prioritization
  • Maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive documents and information
  • Act as a gatekeeper and thought partner, helping leadership stay focused on priorities
  • Coordinate occasional team events, virtual sessions, or offsites

Qualifications

  • 2 to 3 years of experience supporting senior or executive leaders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong sense of follow-through
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and shift gears quickly
  • Experience working independently in a remote, fast-moving environment
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
