Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Floor Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of floors in various facilities. Your expertise will ensure that all floor surfaces are well-maintained and meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of floor surfaces, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and buffing.
• Operate and maintain floor cleaning equipment such as buffers, scrubbers, and vacuums.
• Apply floor finishes, sealers, and waxes as needed.
• Inspect floors for damage and report any maintenance needs.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with other cleaning staff and management to ensure high standards are met.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Floor Technician or in a similar role.
• Familiarity with various floor types and appropriate cleaning methods.
• Ability to operate floor cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy equipment.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
