We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Floor Technician to join our team in Lebanon, NH. As a Floor Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of floors in various facilities. Your expertise will ensure that all floor surfaces are well-maintained and meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of floor surfaces, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and buffing.- Operate and maintain floor cleaning equipment such as buffers, scrubbers, and vacuums.- Apply floor finishes, sealers, and waxes as needed.- Inspect floors for damage and report any maintenance needs.- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.- Collaborate with other cleaning staff and management to ensure high standards are met.- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Floor Technician or in a similar role.- Familiarity with various floor types and appropriate cleaning methods.- Ability to operate floor cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy equipment.- Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently.- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
