We are seeking a skilled Floor Technician to join our team in Lebanon, New Hampshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of various types of flooring in commercial and residential settings. Key duties include stripping, waxing, buffing, and general maintenance of floors.

Responsibilities:- Perform floor stripping, waxing, buffing, and polishing tasks.- Operate floor maintenance equipment safely and efficiently.- Inspect and assess the condition of floors to determine appropriate cleaning methods.- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.- Collaborate with team members to ensure high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:- Proven experience in floor care, specifically in stripping and waxing floors.- Familiarity with different types of flooring materials and their maintenance requirements.- Ability to operate cleaning machinery and tools.- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.- Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks.- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
