Job Description:
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Specialist at NISA Staffing Solutions. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, and establishing and maintaining relationships with clients. Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, creating proposals, and negotiating contracts. Additionally, the role involves analyzing market trends, lead generation, and ensuring customer satisfaction to foster long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets in the staffing sector.- Identify potential clients and establish new business relationships through networking and direct outreach.- Conduct compelling presentations to showcase staffing solutions and services.- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of staffing services.- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Qualifications:- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the staffing industry.- Strong communication and presentation skills.- Excellent relationship-building abilities.- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Familiarity with the Florida market is a plus. Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to analyze market trends. Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal. Proven experience in Lead Generation and Market Research. Exceptional Customer Service skills. Ability to work independently and remotely. Experience in the healthcare staffing industry is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
