The goal of this role is to ensure that the Integrated Product Team (IPT) is executing according to cost, schedule, and scope. You will be part of the Structures IPT that is in charge of developing and certifying a composite airframe.

Work Model: Hybrid (3 days per week onsite in Montreal) or 100% Onsite option available
In this position, you will partner with the IPT Lead to develop, certify, and deliver products, while ensuring the objectives of the business case are met. The Project Manager will own the tracking of program delivery, scope management, program financials, as well as supplier selection and management. You will support the IPT Lead in developing a vision and roadmap for the product, and subsequently in planning and delivering technical solutions that support organizational goals.
You will coordinate and communicate with all required functions and partners, both internally and externally, to ensure program success. This role leverages a hybrid approach, combining waterfall techniques for strategic planning with agile execution methods.
Act as the voice of the program to share program needs with the IPT.
Oversee the planning and delivery of the Gen6 Program for assigned IPT products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and consistency across the program.
Interface with all functions across the company to ensure the IPT stays on budget and schedule against program need dates, while ensuring data is available to support effective decision-making.
Assist in monitoring governance, managing suppliers, tracking tier 1 milestones, mitigating risks, and driving decision closure.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 15 years of program management experience in aerospace or a similar industry.
Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies, including scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and resource allocation.
Familiarity with Scrum/Agile methodologies and JIRA task management.
Knowledge of complex, highly coupled aircraft systems or avionics systems.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex technical data for data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders across organizational levels.
Prior experience working with regulatory agencies (FAA, EASA) to obtain certification for novel aircraft systems is desirable.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed to support customer and project meetings.
