The Work Program Manager within Program & Contract Management (PCM) is responsible for providing strategic oversight and accountability for provincial and regional transmission line maintenance programs, ensuring delivery within budget, scope, and timelines while upholding quality and safety standards. This role involves evaluating and batching work packages for efficient execution, managing work planning and execution, and collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external partners. The Work Program Manager will monitor program performance, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and oversee regulatory compliance, procurement approvals, data management, and reporting. The position also includes occasional fieldwork and support for emergency response efforts. In addition to managing assigned programs, the successful candidate will lead engineering and screening activities within the Wood Pole Lines & Maintenance portfolio and oversee the corrective program.
