About the Role

We're looking for a Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle IT and technical recruiting for roles filled by candidates in Latin America and in the United States. You'll source, screen, and place software engineers, data professionals, QA, DevOps, and other software engineering and IT talent, and you'll be the main point of contact for candidates from first outreach through onboarding.

This role is best suited to recruiters with a dedicated technical/IT recruiting background.

What You'll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and IT roles (software development, data, cloud, QA, DevOps, and infrastructure) across LATAM and the U.S.
• Source passive and active candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and local talent communities
• Run technical screening calls in English to assess skills, stack experience, English level, and time-zone fit
• Work with account managers and hiring managers to define role requirements, rate ranges, and hiring timelines
• Present shortlists, coordinate interviews, and keep candidates engaged and informed
• Handle offers, rate negotiation, and handoff to onboarding
• Keep candidate and job records up to date in our ATS
• Build talent pipelines
• Track market trends in LATAM compensation, talent availability, and hiring practices

What You'll Need (Required)

• 2+ years of technical/IT recruiting experience at a staffing agency or nearshore / outsourcing firm
• Experience recruiting talent in Latin America for U.S. companies
• Fluent English, written and spoken
• Solid understanding of software development and IT roles, tech stacks, and terminology (e.g., Java, .NET, React, QA, DevOps, cloud), with the ability to hold a credible conversation with engineers
• Proven track record of filling hard-to-fill technical roles, such as senior engineers, architects, and specialized developers
• Strong sourcing skills and comfort with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
• Ability to juggle multiple open roles in a fast-paced, metrics-driven setting
• Clear communication and a candidate-first approach

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, working U.S. Central Time (CST) business hours
