About the Role

We're partnering with a growing AI-driven organization to hire an AI Ops Engineer who will help stabilize, scale, and generalize their AI platform beyond its first customer deployment. This is a hands-on role blending AI Ops and DevOps skills, with a focus on reducing implementation cost and effort as the platform expands to new customers and industries.

What You'll Do

First 90 Days

• Stabilize and harden the existing AI platform codebase.
• Make the platform multi-tenant so the correct models are used for different customers.
• Reduce the cost of AI queries across the platform.

Platform Generalization

• Generalize AI models currently trained around the first customer so they scale efficiently to future customers.
• Reduce the implementation effort and cost required for each new customer deployment.
• Support later-stage work training models for new verticals, such as airports and other industries.

What You'll Need (Required)

• Approximately 3-5+ years of relevant AI Ops experience; candidates with closer to 3 years may be considered if they bring a strong combination of AI Ops and DevOps background.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks and Azure.
• Familiarity with AI platforms and tools such as Claude, other Anthropic tools, Devin, and OpenAI models.
