The Senior Director of Professional Services (PS) leads a team of consultants and has full commercial responsibility for the PS business in the Americas region. This individual must have the energy, passion, experience and leadership to grow a relatively nascent team into a highly impactful and profitable business. PS Americas is part of a global PS organization that services regional as well as global customers. This role interacts with the other regions to share best practices, replicate successes and support cross-regional customer engagements.
This role works very closely with the Americas CCO (Sales) Leadership Team to determine the best strategies to demonstrate the value of PS offerings and integrate them into Sales Plays, account strategies and customer opportunities, with the goal of accelerating product adoption and increasing conversion rates and overall deal value.
This is a customer facing role that requires a high degree of commercial and business development experience, along with a strong technical foundation, to sell complex technical solutions, discover new areas of opportunity and position PS to offer compelling solutions that differentiate.

The expected base salary range for this position is $230,000 to $320,000 per year. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as skills and experience. This role is eligible for a sales incentive plan.
