What You’ll Do

• Lead and drive end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise technology initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and with high quality.
• Serve as Scrum Master for assigned teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies and driving disciplined SDLC execution.
• Partner with Architects, engineering, QA, business stakeholders, and vendors to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Own delivery planning, risk management, resource coordination, and release oversight.
• Monitor key project metrics including velocity, scope, budget, and risk, proactively resolving issues to maintain delivery timelines.
• Support continuous improvement of Agile and delivery practices.

This Might Describe You

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 4+ years leading Agile enterprise software delivery initiatives.
• Proven experience acting as Scrum Master and facilitating Agile ceremonies end-to-end.
• Experience delivering complex web, distributed, or integrated application systems.
• Strong technical fluency (familiarity with HTML5, Java, SQL Server, APIs, integrations).
• Experience working cross-functionally and coordinating external vendors.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence (Atlassian suite).
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, enterprise environment without direct reporting authority.

Highly Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master and/or Product Owner
• System and/or Business Analysis experience
• Previous development experience
• Experience with wireframing using Balsamiq
• Process improvement experience
• eCommerce experience
