RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own and drive the product vision and roadmap for CMS capabilities supporting enterprise rental and digital commerce experiences.
  • Lead CMS strategy and execution, ensuring alignment with enterprise content governance, digital transformation initiatives, and business objectives.
  • Own and prioritize the CMS product backlog, balancing new feature development, platform enhancements, and operational improvements.
  • Partner cross-functionally with engineering, UI/UX, marketing, business analysts, and dealer stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality digital solutions.
  • Configure and maintain content and data within the CMS to ensure accurate dealer-product relationships and visibility across digital channels.
  • Drive upper-funnel marketing content strategy, including SEO optimization and content discoverability, to influence customer engagement and conversion.
  • Identify and resolve data inconsistencies and system integration issues impacting user experience and content accuracy.
  • Support dealer onboarding and enablement by developing tools, documentation, and scalable content management processes.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications in collaboration with engineering and architecture teams.
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), release validation, and ensure each deployment delivers measurable business value.
  • Analyze CMS performance metrics, workflow efficiency, and publish effectiveness to inform roadmap decisions.
  • Contribute to change management initiatives, stakeholder communication, and training efforts for enterprise digital programs.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for CMS and related integrations (PIM, data platforms, personalization engines), supporting discovery, design, and solution alignment.
  • Employees are also responsible for performing other job duties as assigned by management from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Marketing, Engineering, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in digital product management, preferable within enterprise-scale environments.
  • Proven experience owning product backlogs and driving roadmap execution in Agile environments.
  • Hands-on experience with CMS platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar enterprise content management systems.
  • Strong understanding of content lifecycle management, including taxonomy, metadata, workflow automation, and governance models.
  • Experience integrating CMS platforms with PIM systems, data platforms, and enterprise digital ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and partner effectively with engineering teams.
  • Experience leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT), release validation, and change management initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from performance metrics and operational data.
  • Experience working in cross-functional, matrixed organizations with marketing, UX, engineering, and business stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Agile tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization.
  • Product Owner certification (CSPO, SAFe PO/PM) preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
  • Passion for digital transformation and delivering scalable, high-impact platform solutions.
