We are seeking a versatile Solution Engineer to bridge the gap between fullstack engineering and client-facing strategy. In this hybrid pre-sales and post-sales role, you will collaborate with prospects, customers, and internal teams - including Product, Engineering, and Business Development - to design, prototype, and deploy high-impact solutions that demonstrate the capabilities of our advanced financial technology platform.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accelerate Technical Sales: Convert complex business requirements into functional technical proofs of concept (PoCs) and custom demos using Node.js, TypeScript, React, and Express/NestJS.
• Drive Client Success: Manage the technical relationship from initial qualification through to production, ensuring seamless onboarding and long-term platform adoption.
• Build Robust Integrations: Develop sample applications and custom connectors that interface with REST, WebSocket, and FIX APIs, as well as cloud-native data stores.
• Optimize Data Workflows: Architect ELT pipelines, model datasets, and execute complex queries in modern data warehouses (e.g. BigQuery) to provide clients with actionable technical insights.
• Cross-Functional Advocacy: Partner with Product and SRE teams to relay customer feedback, influence the product roadmap, and troubleshoot sophisticated technical hurdles.

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a deep focus on Node.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+)
• Hands-on API Expertise: Proven track record building and debugging RESTful and WebSocket APIs; expert-level proficiency with testing tools like Postman or curl.
• Modern Data Stack: Proficiency with cloud databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL), ELT frameworks, and analytical warehouses (such as BigQuery or Snowflake).
• Cloud & DevOps: Experience deploying containerized applications to major cloud providers (GCP/AWS) using automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Technical Fundamentals: Strong grasp of algorithms, data structures, and SQL.
• Communication: Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate deep technical concepts for executive and business stakeholders.
• Sales Partnership: Experience working alongside Sales or Customer Success teams to reduce friction in the sales cycle and improve client retention.
  

• Professional background in Fintech, electronic trading, or high-frequency, low-latency environments.
• Familiarity with real-time messaging and event-streaming systems (e.g., Kafka, Redis, or MQTT).
• Understanding of modern security and identity standards (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML).
• Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Pulumi) and observability suites (Grafana/Prometheus).
