About the Opportunity:
We are partnering with a dynamic organization supporting critical defense initiatives for the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD). With new work releasing in the coming weeks, we are seeking driven, hands-on Operational Technology (OT) and Industrial Control Systems (ICS) professionals to join a growing team. We have over 6 openings ranging from Entry-Level to Senior roles.

This is a unique opportunity for professionals who thrive in operational environments and are eager to get "into the weeds" of OT systems while supporting high-impact government projects.

Role Overview:
The successful candidate will bridge the gap between engineering and cybersecurity within operational environments. You will be responsible for the integration, hardening, and deployment of control systems, ensuring robust functionality and security. We are looking for individuals who are not just theorists but are ready to be hands-on with the technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead or assist in the system integration of process controls and control engineering solutions.
• Perform hands-on implementation, hardening, and deployment of OT systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure OT cybersecurity best practices are integrated into control systems architecture.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within operational environments.
• Communicate complex OT and control system concepts clearly to government customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Experience:
  • MUST HAVE: Proven experience with Operational Technology (OT).
  • HIGHLY PREFERRED: Experience specifically in OT Cybersecurity.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong background in system integration, specifically regarding process controls and controls engineering.
  • Deep understanding of OT cybersecurity principles and their application to control systems.
  • Hands-on experience with OT implementations and deployments.
• Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences or government clients.
