We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to lead global, cross‑functional teams delivering high‑quality web applications. The primary focus will be on front‑end development using React, with some back‑end work in .NET as needed. You will partner closely with engineering, product, UX, and business stakeholders across time zones to deliver scalable, user‑centric solutions in a complex technical environment.

This role is ideal for someone who is deeply familiar with Agile/Scrum, has a strong understanding of modern web development, and is comfortable navigating the challenges of distributed teams and enterprise‑grade projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Agile Delivery & Project Management

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of multiple concurrent projects, from initiation through release and post‑launch optimization.
• Plan and facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives).
• Create and maintain roadmaps, release plans, sprint plans, and project timelines that align with business priorities and technical constraints.
• Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies; drive mitigation plans and clear decision‑making.
• Monitor and report on delivery progress using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, cycle time, throughput) and communicate status to stakeholders at all levels.

Stakeholder & Team Collaboration

• Act as the primary point of contact between global product, engineering, UX, and business stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria in collaboration with Product Owners and technical leads.
• Ensure alignment across teams in different regions and time zones, facilitating clear communication and expectations.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement, psychological safety, and accountability within the team.

Technical Environment & Delivery Excellence

• Work closely with React front‑end engineers and .NET back‑end developers to understand technical constraints, architectural decisions, and integration points.
• Support the team in implementing best practices around code quality, testing, CI/CD, and DevOps in a cloud‑based environment.
• Coordinate front‑end and back‑end workstreams, ensuring consistent APIs, contracts, and integration between services.
• Help teams break down complex features into incremental, testable deliverables that can be released frequently.

Global Project Management

• Manage global projects spanning multiple regions, including planning across time zones and enabling effective asynchronous collaboration.
• Adapt communication style and approach to work effectively with diverse cultural and organizational contexts.
• Coordinate with regional stakeholders for localization, compliance, rollout planning, and change management.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in project management or Agile delivery roles (e.g., Scrum Master, Agile PM, Delivery Manager) in a software development environment.
• Proven experience delivering web or digital products with a strong emphasis on front‑end (React or similar SPA frameworks).
• Hands‑on experience managing projects involving .NET (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core) back‑end services or APIs.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid) and practical experience applying them in real‑world projects.
• Demonstrated success working with global / distributed teams, including coordination across multiple time zones.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Experience with project and work management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification(s) such as CSM, PSM, PMI‑ACP, SAFe, or PRINCE2 Agile.
• Prior experience in a technical role (e.g., developer, QA, business analyst) or strong technical aptitude sufficient to have meaningful conversations with engineers about architecture and trade‑offs.
• Experience working in a cloud environment (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP), particularly with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with UX/UI processes, design systems, and accessibility standards for web applications.
• Experience in high‑compliance or enterprise environments (e.g., finance, healthcare, telecom, or other regulated industries).
