What You'll Do

• Improve and manage existing CI/CD pipelines, with a focus on reliability and efficiency.
• Work within established systems and infrastructure – this is not a greenfield or builder role.
• Identify and suggest enhancements where appropriate, prioritizing maintenance and optimization of what’s already in place.
• Troubleshoot production issues in coordination with a 3-person SRE team – quickly identifying whether root causes are infrastructure or application-related.
• Collaborate across teams to share knowledge and support DevOps practices across business units.
• Offer process improvement suggestions where appropriate.

This Might Describe You

• You have 3-5 years of experience in a DevOps role.
• You’re fluent in AWS services and know how to keep cloud infrastructure running smoothly and securely.
• You’ve used GitHub Actions (or similar CI/CD tools) to manage deployments and automate workflows.
• You’re comfortable with Docker and container-based application deployment.
• You can collaborate closely with developers, SRE, and infrastructure leadership to support smooth operations, effective incident response, and cross-functional learning.
• You have high attention to detail with superb critical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities.
