RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead our expansion locally and regionally using both innovative and traditional sales strategies.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through various channels, including networking events, conferences, social media, industry research, and cold calling.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on hiring trends within your territory; engage in strategic planning and market research to win new business.
- Prepare RFP/RFIs and craft proposals that address client needs and offer an effective solution.
- Negotiate contract terms and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Build a strong alliance with the recruitment team to ensure a continuous focus on quality delivery and client satisfaction.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to the senior management.
- Promote the Mojo Trek brand through professional and social media, and by attending local conferences and networking events.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of experience in consultative B2B sales environment.
- At least 3 years of experience in a business development role in technology staffing, custom software development, or technology consulting.
- Exceptional communication skills, a strong sense of urgency, and a results-driven mindset are essential.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a full sales cycle business development role.
- Experience working in a consultative sales environment and with C-suite and Director-level executives.
- Experience deploying different sales tactics and strategies to successfully acquire new clients, including cold calling, prospecting on LinkedIn and social media, and in-person meetings.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
LOCATION & TRAVEL:
- Hybrid Remote/Local: while the primary work location is flexible (remote), there's a requirement for a physical local presence for team meetings and collaboration.
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Compensation: the anticipated base salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000* depending on experience plus a competitive commission plan, bonuses, and LTIP.
