Our Client, a Fortune 1000 organization, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager with a strong background in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry and proven Agile certification to join our team in London, UK. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, managing end-to-end project delivery, and driving business transformation initiatives within the QSR sector.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across operations, IT, marketing, and supply chain to define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Apply Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) to facilitate project planning, execution, and continuous improvement.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving issues to ensure project success.
• Communicate project status, milestones, and risks to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements and innovation within QSR operations, leveraging industry best practices.
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party partners as required.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Project Manager within the QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) or hospitality industry is required.
• Agile certification (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist, or equivalent) is required.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and experience leading Agile teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
• Eligibility to work in the UK and willingness to be based in London.
