We are seeking mid-level Generative AI Engineer specializes in designing, developing, and optimizing AI models, particularly those focused on generative tasks such as text, image, or multimodal content creation. This role requires strong Python programming skills, experience with machine learning frameworks, and a deep understanding of generative AI techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and fine-tune generative AI models, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal systems.
• Implement and optimize AI pipelines for training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to integrate AI solutions into production systems.
• Conduct experiments to improve model performance, scalability, and efficiency.
• Stay updated with advancements in AI technologies and apply them to ongoing projects.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and maintain AI systems to ensure reliability and high performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Programming: Proficiency in Python, with experience in libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras.
• Generative AI Expertise: Hands-on experience with transformer architectures, LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA), and generative models like GANs or diffusion models.
• Machine Learning Knowledge: Strong understanding of deep learning techniques, natural language processing (NLP), and multimodal AI systems.
• Tools and Frameworks: Familiarity with tools like Hugging Face, LangChain, or LangGraph for model development and deployment.
• Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for model training and deployment.
• Data Handling: Proficiency in working with large datasets, including preprocessing, feature engineering, and data augmentation.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex AI challenges.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with vector databases and retrieval systems.
• Knowledge of reinforcement learning techniques, particularly Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback (RLHF).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerization tools like Docker.
• Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects.

Typical Experience
