POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a detail-oriented and versatile Digital Marketing & Community Manager to oversee and execute our marketing initiatives and further evolve our marketing strategy. This role is critical in managing day-to-day marketing operations, driving engagement through digital channels, and ensuring alignment between marketing, sales, and external partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, project management, and analytics, with the ability to define the marketing strategy and work closely with the sales team on its implementation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Initiatives: Define KPIs for conversions and determine the lead lifecycle to identify when a lead converts to a client. Collaborate with sales and leadership to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Email Marketing & Newsletter Management: Send monthly newsletters, analyze performance metrics, and adjust strategies to improve engagement. Develop segmented campaigns by industry as well as referral campaigns.
Social Media Management: Plan and publish posts across the company’s social media channels. Use templates to design visually appealing posts and explore video content (e.g., testimonials, webinars, short-form reels). Explore and manage new platforms for better community engagement.
Content & Website Management: Oversee the social media content calendar and approve content created by an external marketing agency. Collaborate with the marketing agency to prioritize and manage blogs, service pages, and other marketing initiatives. This role may include blog editing to ensure the right messaging and content.
Lead Management & Reporting: Generate weekly reports for new leads and categorize them by industry in collaboration with the sales team. Define viable leads and optimize lead tracking and automation in internal systems. Create and analyze reports for marketing initiatives, assessing performance across email marketing and other channels.
Project Management: Monitor and update tasks in internal systems, ensuring timely completion of marketing initiatives. Delegate tasks to team members or freelancers, including external vendors for graphic design and print materials. Manage communications and projects with external marketing agencies, scheduling monthly check-ins and tracking progress.
Team Engagement & Events: Plan and execute virtual and in-person team meetups, including holiday parties and team-building activities.
