We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technology QA Manager to oversee and lead a team of automation testers in our corporate environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in quality assurance, automation testing, and managing QA teams, with a passion for ensuring high-quality technology solutions that support the operational excellence of our business. This role will be crucial in driving efficiency and effectiveness in testing processes across various technology platforms and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of automation testers to ensure the successful execution of testing strategies and objectives.
• Provide direction and guidance to the QA team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and support professional development opportunities for team members.
• Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies that ensure quality, reliability, and scalability of software solutions, including POS systems, mobile apps, and backend systems.
• Oversee the creation and execution of automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, TestNG).
• Ensure test coverage for new features, functionality, and system enhancements, and track the effectiveness of automation frameworks.
• Drive automation best practices, including test design, maintenance, and continuous integration.
• Analyze test results, identify patterns, and work closely with development teams to address defects and improve overall system performance.
• Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to the QA process, tools, and automation strategies.
• Partner with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure testing aligns with business goals.
• Coordinate with other departments to schedule and prioritize testing activities in alignment with development and release cycles.
• Provide clear and concise test progress reports to senior leadership, highlighting key findings, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Track and analyze QA metrics (e.g., test coverage, defect density, pass/fail rates) to measure the effectiveness of the QA process and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in QA methodologies and automation tools.
• Oversee the selection, implementation, and management of testing tools and platforms.
• Ensure the seamless integration of automated tests within CI/CD pipelines to support rapid deployment cycles.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Quality Assurance within a technology-driven organization, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven experience managing and mentoring a team of automation testers.
• Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG).
• Hands-on experience with scripting languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript).
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab).
• Experience in testing software applications for the restaurant or retail industries is a plus.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with mobile application testing for iOS and Android platforms.
• Knowledge of cloud-based testing environments within GCP or AWS.
• Familiarity with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Work Environment:

• On-site, 5 days a week.
