Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Location: Remote / (Latin America)

Type: Contract-to-Hire

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct thorough research and actively engage with prospects to identify new business opportunities, qualifying leads based on established criteria to ensure alignment with our services.
  • Use multiple channels (e.g. lead generation tools, cold calling, email) to connect with key decision-makers and generate new leads.
  • Book meetings with prospective clients for our Sales team, ensuring a seamless transition of qualified leads to enhance conversion opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective outreach strategies and increase conversion rates.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all lead activity and communication using CRM tools.
  • Assist the sales team with preparation of technical proposals and quotations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales or lead generation role, preferably in staffing, custom software development, or consulting services.
  • Excellent English skills.
  • Strong ability to conduct in-depth industry and market research to identify potential clients, understand their needs, and gather insights to drive effective outreach strategies.
  • Solid understanding of lead generation, appointment setting, and CRM tools (e.g.Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesflow, and similar).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Quick to learn and articulate Mojo Trek’s value proposition and offerings.
