Job Summary: We are looking for flexible and reliable On-Call Hospitality Staff to join our dynamic team. This role encompasses a variety of positions within the hospitality industry, including housekeeping, banquet serving, and stewardship. Key Responsibilities:

• Housekeeping:

  • Perform cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms and common areas.
  • Ensure all rooms meet our high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Report any maintenance issues or damages to management.

• Banquet Serving:

  • Set up and break down banquet and event spaces as needed.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional manner.
  • Assist with guest requests and ensure a positive dining experience.

• Stewarding:

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and service areas.
  • Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
  • Assist in food preparation and stocking supplies as required.

• General Support:

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously.
  • Adapt to various roles and responsibilities as needed based on staffing requirements.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
