They are seeking for an experienced Account Manager to join their dynamic team ASAP
The Commercial Lines Account Manager is responsible for servicing commercial insurance accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and supporting business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day account activities, including policy renewals, endorsements, and claims processing.
- Review and analyze insurance policies to ensure adequate coverage.
- Negotiate terms with underwriters for the best coverage and pricing.
- Provide clients with expert advice on risk management and policy options.
- Resolve client inquiries and handle issues promptly.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in insurance software.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in commercial insurance account management is a MUST
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products (e.g., property, liability, workers' comp).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in insurance management software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts.
- Insurance license (e.g., Property and Casualty) preferred.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
