Job Description

The Commercial Lines Account Manager is responsible for servicing commercial insurance accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and supporting business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day account activities, including policy renewals, endorsements, and claims processing.
• Review and analyze insurance policies to ensure adequate coverage.
• Negotiate terms with underwriters for the best coverage and pricing.
• Provide clients with expert advice on risk management and policy options.
• Resolve client inquiries and handle issues promptly.
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in insurance software.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in commercial insurance account management is a MUST 
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products (e.g., property, liability, workers' comp).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in insurance management software.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts.
• Insurance license (e.g., Property and Casualty) preferred.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
