Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Field Sales Executive to join our team. The Senior Field Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our advanced technology solutions in hardware, software, and professional services.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing a sales strategy to meet and exceed sales targets
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities with existing and potential clients
- Building and maintaining relationships with key clients and partners
- Presenting and demonstrating our technology solutions to clients
- Collaborating with internal teams, including product development, pre-sales, and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and new technologies
- Negotiating and closing deals with clients
- Participating in industry events and conferences
- Providing regular sales forecasts and reports to management
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Managing and developing a sales team
- Managing the performance of the team members and providing feedback and coaching
- Identifying training and development opportunities for the team members
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in field sales, with a focus on technology solutions
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong knowledge of networking, storage, virtualization, cloud, and security technologies
- Strong knowledge of industry standard protocols and technologies
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field is preferred
Possibility to be in other locations: Sacramento, Reno, Las Vegas, San Diego, Austin, Denver, Salt Lake. The position is high priority.
