Job Description
SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI) Lead/Specialist manages core financial accounting processes, system design, and configuration within an organization's SAP S/4 environment.

Key Responsibilities
- System Design & Configuration: Configure and optimize SAP S/4HANA Finance modules—including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Asset Accounting (AA).
- Implementation Leadership: Lead end-to-end project life cycles, from requirement gathering and fit-to-standard workshops to testing, cutover, and go-live.
- Process Transformation: Translate business needs into technical configuration requirements while leveraging S/4HANA standard features and the Universal Journal.
- Cross-Module Integration: Ensure alignment between Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), and logistics modules like Materials Management (MM) or Sales and Distribution (SD).
- Support & Troubleshooting: Resolve complex issues during post-implementation, hypercare, and daily operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years working with SAP financial modules, with direct implementation experience in SAP S/4HANA.
- Core Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Record-to-Report (R2R) process, parallel accounting, and S/4HANA financial simplifications.
- Education & Certifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Technology; an official SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting certification is preferred.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills to bridge the gap between finance stakeholders and technical IT teams.
