Opportunity Description:

Our client is in the early stages of their S/4 Public Cloud implementation.  This solution will support a large-scale professional services organization with diverse service lines and global operations and will leverage SAP’s Professional Solution. The client is looking for SAP resources that are interested in working on a dual agenda to complete this internal implementation while working in parallel to formulate and participate in the client’s GTM SAP Public Cloud practice expansion.  This is a tremendous opportunity to showcase your skills for a complex, high profile implementation and secure a key leadership role in their expanding Advisory consulting practice.

Role Description:

• Develop the data conversion strategy, mapping and data cleansing/governance framework across all legacy landscapes.
• Utilize SAP’s latest BTP and Datasphere architecture to design the target Data Architecture to include ETL pipeline, staging, validation and orchestration strategies to include reusable templates and automation strategies that can be applied to future client scenarios
• Lead the data conversion workstream within the SAPS/4HANA program including management of the project plan, budget and financials.  Participate as a hands-on leader during the execution across the full data conversion lifecycle ensuring all key project milestones are met.  
• Support new customer pursuits during the sales cycle by providing expert input into the data conversion scope, solution design, and pricing.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in SAP data conversion and governance leadership, including at least one full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud project.  Must have demonstrated management experience across the entire data conversion workstream with large scale programs to include planning, risk mitigation, issue resolution and overall financial oversight.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing end-to-end data conversion strategies, from assessing legacy landscapes and defining source-to-target mapping to designing and implementing robust data governance frameworks.
• Proven data architecture lead experience working with SAP Datasphere/SAC & HANA defining ETL Pipelines, data migration strategies & best practices for architectural performance.
• Prior/Current Solution Sales, Project Scoping and Pricing Strategy Experience strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in an appropriate field.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 50-80%.
