Our firm is currently assisting a Large Global Consultancy’s Advisory Services practice with the addition of critical senior SAP Public Cloud leadership to support both their internal SAP transformation initiatives and their rapidly expanding SAP Public Cloud practice. This is a Contract-to-Hire role that presents a fantastic transition opportunity for a proven SAP BDC expert looking to play a central role in shaping and scaling the firm's use of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, BDC, and AI/ML technology and GTM offerings.

This strategic implementation lead will be tasked with architecting and delivering enterprise transformation solutions that integrate SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud with BTP’s BDC (Datasphere/SAC) and AI services (like SAP AI Core, SAP AI Foundation, Conversational AI, and AI Business Services) technologies—enabling clients to modernize enterprise performance, unlock real-time insights, and drive intelligent automation.

In this leadership role, the selected individual will guide ERP selection, shape transformation roadmaps, lead strategic conversations with senior stakeholders, and oversee end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud delivery—ensuring successful execution through design, build, testing, deployment, and hypercare phases.

This role also includes driving business development initiatives, managing pricing strategy, optimizing project financials, and mentoring global delivery teams to ensure excellence and innovation.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years in external management consulting with experience leading large-scale SAP programs, including at least 1 full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation.
• Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud architecture, SAP BTP fundamentals including: (RICEFW, CDS Views, Fiori),Datasphere, SAC, & conceptual/hands on experience with SAP BDC's DaaS architecture for SAP AI Services
• Strong experience leading strategic client conversations, managing global teams, developing AI-powered assets, and producing high-quality client deliverables.
• Prior experience in the Professional Services industry or with SAP’s S/4 Professional Services vertical solution is highly desirable.
• U.S. work authorization is required, and travel may be necessary.
