SAP A&D SME – Team Lead / Workstream Leads

Location: Jacksonville, FL / Remote (30% travel to South America)
Duration: 6 Months +  (Start: January 2026 with potential Q4' solutioning work)
Clearance Requirement: Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder

Magnitude Technology is seeking experienced SAP Aerospace & Defense Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to join a multi-year global SAP S/4HANA transformation program with a leading aircraft manufacturer.

We are hiring 3 senior-level resources to lead workstreams in:

• Finance (FIN)

• Supply Chain / MRP (SCM)

• Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO)

What You’ll Do

• Serve as Workstream Lead during the global Explore Phase.

• Facilitate workshops with U.S. and international stakeholders.

• Shape solution design for a dual-instance S/4HANA program encompassing domestic and international scope

• Bring A&D best practices to Finance, Supply Chain, or MRO.

• Partner with system integrator and client leadership to drive a successful Brownfiield + transformation.

What We’re Looking For

• 15+ years SAP experience in FIN, SCM/MRP, or MRO.

• 10+ years SAP A&D program experience (Experience with global Aerospace clients strongly desired)

• Experience in large-scale S/4HANA transformations to include RISE and Brownfield + approaches and A&D specific best practices/solution knowledge in key areas including:
  
  EPPM, PS WBS/GPD, FA, AM, DCAA Compliance, MRO (asset lifecycle, depot-level maintenance, reliability-based planning), IBP, Advanced MRP, Engineer to Order Process etc. 

• Strong leadership and workshop facilitation skills.

• Willingness to travel internationally (~30%).  Bi Lingual Spanish speaking skills an added bonus.
