We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager-level SAP Consultant with deep expertise in SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and SAP BTP technologies to join our SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation team. This role will focus on diagnosing and resolving complex issues related to data integrity, performance, and reporting accuracy in financial analytics, specifically supporting margin analysis, project-based revenue, and billing reporting within a Professional Services context.

• Act as the lead architect and problem-solver for data-related issues affecting reporting accuracy and performance across Datasphere and SAC.
• Build and optimize data models in SAP Datasphere, including graphical and SQL-based views, remote tables, calculated measures, and hierarchies to support analytical needs.
• Design semantic models and define analytical datasets for consumption in SAP Analytics Cloud, ensuring alignment with financial KPIs and business definitions.
• Troubleshoot data quality issues and reporting discrepancies by tracing data lineage from S/4HANA Public Cloud through Datasphere and into SAC.
• Design and implement SAC stories, dashboards, and data visualizations with a strong focus on performance, user experience, and relevance to financial stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with Business Stakeholder SMEs to ensure models meet margin analysis, project profitability, billing, and revenue recognition requirements.
• Use SAP BTP tools, including CDS Views, OData services, and Connectivity Management, to expose and consume relevant S/4HANA data for reporting.
• Establish and enforce best practices around data security, governance, and model performance across the reporting stack.
• Provide mentorship to junior team members and act as an escalation point for complex data/reporting issues.

• 10+ years of SAP consulting experience, including:
• 3+ years of SAP Datasphere modeling experience with deep expertise in building semantic layers, fact/dimension models, data flows, and consumption views.
• 3+ years of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) experience including story development, model consumption, data blending, and performance tuning.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), including:
• Development and use of Core Data Services (CDS Views) in S/4HANA Public Cloud.
• Creation and consumption of OData services for analytical applications.
• Demonstrated ability to trace and resolve data inconsistencies across multiple layers of the SAP landscape.
• Skilled in building scalable, reusable, and secure data artifacts in Datasphere and integrating them with SAC dashboards.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to bridge business and technical perspectives.
• Ability and willingness to travel on site as needed 30-50% estimated.

• SAP Certification in SAC, Datasphere, or S/4HANA Embedded Analytics.
• Proficiency in working with financial data models related to project-based revenue, time & expense billing, WIP accounting, and margin analysis in a Professional Services environment.
• Familiarity with Agile project delivery and tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Solution Manager.
• Experience with data security concepts such as row-level authorization in SAC or Datasphere.
