Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide administrative and organizational support to the President of the organization. This is a full-time, permanent remote position that requires excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities: - Manage the President's schedule and calendar, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements - Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication - Conduct research and prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed - Assist with special projects and events as assigned - Manage and maintain confidential information with discretion and professionalism - Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and other business partners
Requirements: - Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior-level executives - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Ability to work independently and proactively, with minimal supervision - Experience working remotely or in a virtual office environment is preferred - Up to 20% travel will be required
