Job Description

• 7- 10 years of progressive experience in a high-volume manufacturing facility
• College Diploma or University Degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
• Proficient in Lean manufacturing methodologies.
• Knowledge of industrial equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of Robotics, Welding assebly applications in manufacturing environments.
• Proficient in design software packages.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a logical approach to process optimization.
• Good knowledge of production reporting systems and MRP in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent problem-solving techniques and methods.
