University Degree in Business or Human Resources Management or Behavioral Sciences.
Minimum of 10 – 15 years demonstrating progressive career growth and a pattern of exceptional performance.
Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRL) designation required. Certified Human Resources Executive (CHRE) designation preferred.
Direct senior leadership experience, multi country, multi-site, multi-jurisdiction areas as member of the executive team.
Demonstrated strategic expertise in Employee/Labor Relations, Performance Management, Organizational Development, Recruiting, Design/Development of Global Compensation systems, Training.
Must have strong knowledge in foundational human resource management areas.
Must have exceptional leadership skills; the ability to work with associates at all levels and influence appropriately and comfortable dealing with conflict situations in driving key initiatives.
Must have a strong business acumen that ideally is in part based on a strong understanding of the automotive industry.
Must be a self-starter who can work independently and be a strong team player that contributes to the effectiveness of the broader team.
