Job Description

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or Engineering Technology required or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. P.Eng an asset.
• Minimum 8- 10 years of diversified and progressively responsible experience in a world class manufacturing environment required.
  Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a professional environment required.
• Experience in complete problem solving techniques related to design/technical issues
• Lean or six sigma experience
• Strong Project Management skills
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop technical teams.
