• Ability to perform machinery maintenance, repairs, and installations.
• Forklift driving and rigging skills with relevant certifications.
• Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to lock-out procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and coordination.
• Ability to supervise and train team members while ensuring quality work.
• Well-organized and self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Flexibility to work on-call 24/7 as per schedule.
• Ability to identify and report safety hazards and maintenance issues promptly.
