Requirements:

• Certified Industrial Mechanic Millwright-433A
• Industrial Maintenance Technician G1 or G2 Certificate (training provided).
• Experience in continuous process or manufacturing environments is an asset.
• Knowledge of mechanical equipment maintenance and repair, including fans, blowers, pumps, gearboxes, steam turbines, bucket elevators, conveyors, dust collectors, steam traps, and piping.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to safety, environmental compliance, and reliability excellence.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.
• Physical capability to climb stairs and ladders, work at heights, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in dusty or outdoor environments.
• Flexibility to work overtime and on-call duties as required.
