Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join one of our esteem client's team. In this role, you will ensure that maintenance resources are effectively utilized, planned maintenance is executed, and downtime is minimized.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and execute all planned and unplanned maintenance tasks.
• Authorize the purchase of materials and manage MRO inventory levels.
• Develop preventive maintenance strategies and optimize skilled trades.
• Participate in department KPI development and production meetings.
• Provide off-hours support and ensure resources for major shutdowns.
• Assist in troubleshooting to minimize downtime impact.
• Generate labor schedules to meet production goals.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in automotive manufacturing.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience.
• Licensed trade qualification or strong engineering background.
• Basic knowledge of Lean principles and mechanical/electrical aptitude.
• Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and PLC knowledge.
• Intermediate computer skills (MS Office) and ability to work overtime.
