Job Description

• Formal education in a maintenance-related field required
• Minimum five years of experience as a maintenance mechanic or possession of a millwright license
• Press experience considered advantageous
• Proficiency with pneumatic and hydraulic systems, machine shop equipment, and mechanical systems essential
• Experience in MIG, TIG, and stick welding, along with good knowledge of manufacturing equipment and basic electrical systems; excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving techniques required
