We are seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to join our team in Springfield, Illinois!

Responsibilities:

• Leadership of full stack development in a Microsoft .NET environment including designing, testing, debugging, and deploying software features, enhancements, and updates.
• Analysis and definition of end user needs to develop system design and software solutions according to these specifications.
• Collaborate with project manager or product owner to ensure product aligns with business requirements.
• Lead other developers to design and optimize code.
• Perform routine software maintenance, break-fix, debugging and enhancement.
• Participate as a member of an Agile/Scrum software development team.
• Utilize Microsoft Azure DevOps to maintain code versioning, automate deployments, and retain system documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS or related field.
• 10+ years of experience as a full-stack software developer with demonstrated responsibility for design, system integrations, data migration, security, compliance and implementation 
• 10+ years of experience in web application development using C#, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, and MS SQL Server or related technologies
• SOLID design principles and SDLC best practices utilizing Agile or SCRUM methodology
