North America Sales Manager

As a Flotation North America Sales Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving growth in one of our client's key strategic segments. What You Will Do:

  • Develop and coach a sales team focused on flotation technologies.
  • Lead the team in creating, communicating, and capturing value in flotation applications.
  • Design and implement strategic business plans for key accounts, driving success across the board.
  • Present value-add products and programs, emphasizing their impact on customers' businesses.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service delivery aligned with our client’s value proposition.
  • Achieve flotation sales targets within the designated territory.
  • Territory/Location Information:
  • Location: Arizona, Utah, Colorado, and Nevada
  • Travel: 35% overnight travel required

Our client is committed to your success as well, offering innovative training programs to equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to address any customer challenge. Training is provided both in the field and at headquarters, with travel arrangements covered by our client. Depending on your experience, training topics may include technology, product and service knowledge, business and industry acumen, direct coaching and mentoring, sales management, and leadership.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 8-10+ years of technical sales experience
  • Experience in the mining industry
  • Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (chemical, mechanical, industrial) or life sciences (biology, chemistry, etc.)
  • Experience in flotation technologies
  • Proven success in large account management with executive-level relationship sales experience
