M Force Partners is seeking a dependable Facilities Maintenance Laborer to support general facility maintenance and repair activities. This Facilities Maintenance Laborer role will assist the Facilities Maintenance Team with basic repairs, painting, equipment maintenance, and general labor tasks throughout the facility.
The ideal Facilities Maintenance Laborer will have experience using basic hand tools, strong attention to detail, and the ability to support maintenance operations in a hands-on environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with general facility maintenance and repair tasks
Perform basic painting and light repair work
Assist with changing fan motors and supporting facility equipment maintenance
Utilize basic hand tools safely and effectively
Support maintenance team with general labor duties as assigned
Maintain clean and organized work areas
Follow all company safety procedures and maintenance standards
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
1–2 years of experience using basic hand tools
Valid driver’s license with clear driving record required
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
Strong work ethic and willingness to support maintenance operations
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
