EHS Manager
Location: $95,000-$110,000

Position Overview
M Force Partners is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to lead environmental, health, and safety programs within an industrial manufacturing environment. This EHS Manager role will oversee the implementation and management of safety and environmental initiatives to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations while promoting a strong culture of safety throughout the organization.
The ideal EHS Manager will bring strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and experience implementing EHS management systems while collaborating with site leadership and employees to continuously improve workplace safety and environmental performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety and environmental regulations
- Lead site safety and environmental programs, including new hire training and ongoing safety education
- Facilitate and lead the site Safety Committee and promote a strong safety culture
- Manage and oversee site security and safety initiatives
- Support development and maintenance of the Emergency Response Plan and related drills
- Complete required environmental reporting and regulatory submissions
- Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and mitigate risks
- Lead incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are implemented
- Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees
- Analyze EHS data and trends to identify improvement opportunities and implement action plans
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of EHS programs and initiatives
- Maintain programs related to radiation safety and laser safety, where applicable
- Participate in new product or process reviews, including process hazard analysis and operator safety training
- Stay current with evolving EHS regulations, industry standards, and best practices
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of EHS or environmental health and safety experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Experience with environmental and regulatory compliance, including Title V Air Permits
- Strong knowledge of EHS regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certifications such as CSP (Certified Safety Professional) or CIH (Certified Industrial Hygienist)
- Experience implementing EHS management systems in industrial operations
