Pay: $60,000 – $70,000

Position Overview

M Force Partners is seeking an experienced Account Manager to support client relationships and account strategy for an organization in Knoxville, TN. This Account Manager role focuses on delivering tailored solutions while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring a high level of service.

The ideal Account Manager will bring strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple client accounts in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention
• Analyze client needs and provide strategic recommendations related to programs and services
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive solutions
• Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to support client needs
• Prepare and present reports on account performance and program utilization
• Resolve client issues quickly while maintaining a high level of service and support
• Organize and conduct client meetings to review account performance and future strategies
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, documentation, and transactions

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in account management or client-facing roles
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
• Highly organized with strong documentation and reporting skills
