Location: Mt Juliet, TN
Job Type: Full-Time (Contract)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Range: $20–$22 per hour
Position Overview
M Force Partners is seeking a skilled CMA / LPN to support patient care operations in a busy medical practice in the Mt. Juliet, TN area. This CMA / LPN role focuses on assisting providers with patient care, administering injections, maintaining accurate electronic medical records, and supporting efficient patient flow within a fast-paced clinical environment.
The ideal CMA / LPN will have experience in clinical patient care, strong organizational skills, and the ability to support physicians while maintaining a positive patient experience. This CMA / LPN position plays an important role in ensuring patients receive high-quality care while maintaining accurate documentation and efficient clinical operations. The CMA / LPN may also occasionally support additional nearby clinic locations as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Administer subcutaneous injections safely and accurately
Room patients and prepare them for examinations while ensuring comfort and privacy
Obtain and document patient histories and vital signs
Maintain and update patient records within electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Assist physicians and healthcare providers during patient visits and procedures
Support efficient patient flow within a busy medical practice
Communicate clearly with patients, families, and clinical team members
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with medical practice protocols
Intermittent travel to Cookeville/Dickson/Clarksville for coverage and training
Required Qualifications
Valid Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
Experience administering subcutaneous injections
Experience working with EMR systems and clinical charting
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Ability to travel to additional clinic locations when required
