Position Overview

M Force Partners is seeking an experienced Implementation & Escalation I.T. Professional to support infrastructure implementations, customer onboarding projects, and advanced technical escalations. This Implementation & Escalation I.T. Professional role focuses on delivering technical solutions across Microsoft 365 environments, Windows Server infrastructure, identity management, and virtualization platforms.

The ideal Implementation & Escalation I.T. Professional will have strong systems administration experience, advanced troubleshooting capabilities, and the ability to manage technical workstreams related to infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and modernization projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute technical workstreams for new customer onboarding and infrastructure implementation projects

• Support discovery, build planning, cutover coordination, and post-implementation validation

• Implement and administer Windows Server services including Active Directory Domain Services and Group Policy

• Manage file systems, share permissions, and server role migrations

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Entra ID

• Manage endpoint configuration and policy deployment using Microsoft Intune

• Perform data migrations including file server migrations, mailbox moves, and SharePoint/OneDrive migrations

• Support virtualization environments including VMware and Hyper-V platforms

• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues related to networking dependencies such as VLANs, VPNs, DHCP, subnets, and firewalls

• Serve as an escalation resource for complex service desk incidents related to Windows systems, identity services, and Microsoft 365

• Maintain project documentation including network diagrams, system configurations, and technical runbooks

• Communicate project updates, maintenance windows, and service impacts to stakeholders and customers

• Participate in on-call rotation and scheduled maintenance windows for upgrades and infrastructure changes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in systems administration or infrastructure engineering

• Strong experience with Windows Server administration and Active Directory

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Entra ID

• Experience with DNS, DHCP, and identity-related troubleshooting

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Intune device management and policy deployment

• Understanding of networking fundamentals including VLANs, VPNs, subnets, and firewall concepts

• Experience supporting virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V

• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple technical workstreams within a structured project environment

• Willingness to participate in on-call rotations and occasional after-hours maintenance windows

• Ability to travel to customer sites occasionally as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a managed services or multi-client environment

• Experience with hybrid identity environments such as Entra ID Connect or Azure AD Connect

• Experience performing Exchange migrations, tenant-to-tenant migrations, and SharePoint or OneDrive migrations

• PowerShell scripting experience for automation and administration

• Experience with backup and recovery operations

• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft AZ-104, MS-102, CompTIA Network+, or similar
