Pay Range: $20–$25 per hour
M Force Partners is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Expediter for a 4-month assignment in Geneva, OH. This Supply Chain Expediter role supports procurement and supply chain operations by following up with suppliers, confirming delivery timelines, and ensuring accurate lead time communication.
The ideal Supply Chain Expediter will have experience with SAP, strong Excel skills, and prior expediting or supplier coordination experience.
Follow up with suppliers to obtain delivery status updates
Confirm and document purchase order lead times
Communicate changes in shipment timelines to internal teams
Update delivery information within SAP systems
Maintain accurate tracking of open purchase orders
Support procurement and supply chain teams with expediting activities
Escalate delayed shipments or supplier issues as needed
Experience using SAP
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Ability to manage multiple supplier contacts efficiently
Prior experience as a Supply Chain Expediter or in purchase order expediting
Background in procurement, materials planning, or supplier coordination
On-site role in Geneva, OH
Supply chain and procurement support environment
Short-term contract assignment (4 months)
