Radiology Technician (ARRT) 
Location: Knoxville, TN (Fort Sanders West area)
Job Type: Contract (3–4 months – FMLA coverage)
Pay Range: $25–$30 per hour (based on experience)

Position Overview

M Force Partners is seeking an experienced Radiology Technician for a contract opportunity supporting an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) in the Knoxville area. This role is structured as FMLA coverage for approximately 3–4 months, with potential for extension based on operational and staffing needs.

This position is ideal for a Rad Tech who is comfortable working in a procedural/surgical environment, has strong C-arm experience, and enjoys collaborating closely with physicians during orthopedic and other surgical cases.

Schedule

• Minimum 3 days per week

• 8-hour shifts

• Start time: 7:30 AM

• Day shift schedule

Key Responsibilities

• Operate C-arm imaging equipment during surgical and procedural cases

• Support physicians and surgical staff with real-time imaging needs

• Ensure accurate positioning, imaging quality, and radiation safety standards

• Collaborate closely with clinical teams during orthopedic and other procedures

• Maintain equipment readiness and follow ASC safety and protocol standards

• Document imaging activities and support workflow efficiency within the surgical setting

• Assist with maintaining a safe, organized, and compliant clinical environment

Required Qualifications

• ARRT certification required

• Strong hands-on experience operating C-arm equipment

• Experience in surgical, orthopedic, or procedural environments

• Ability to work independently while supporting physicians during cases

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working in an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC)

• Orthopedic imaging experience strongly preferred

• Comfort working in fast-paced procedural environments

Additional Requirements

• Completion of standard ASC health screenings prior to start

• Ability to work flexible procedural schedules as needed
