Radiology Technician (ARRT)
Location: Knoxville, TN
Job Type: Contract (3–4 months – FMLA coverage)
Pay Range: $25–$30 per hour (based on experience)
Position Overview
M Force Partners is seeking an experienced Radiology Technician (ARRT) for a contract opportunity supporting an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) in Knoxville, TN. This Radiology Technician (ARRT) role is structured as FMLA coverage for approximately 3–4 months in an outpatient surgical environment.
This position is a strong fit for a Radiology Technician (ARRT) (Rad Tech) who is confident with C-arm imaging, comfortable supporting orthopedic procedures, and able to collaborate closely with physicians and surgical teams during cases.
Schedule
Minimum 3 days per week
8-hour shifts
Start time: 7:30 AM
Day shift schedule
Key Responsibilities
Operate C-arm imaging equipment during surgical and procedural cases
Provide real-time imaging support as a Radiology Technician (ARRT) in an ASC setting
Ensure accurate patient positioning, imaging quality, and radiation safety practices
Work closely with physicians and clinical staff during orthopedic and other surgical procedures
Maintain readiness of imaging equipment and follow ASC protocols
Document imaging activity accurately to support workflow and compliance
Support a safe, organized, and efficient procedural environment
Required Qualifications
ARRT certification required
Strong hands-on experience as a Radiology Technician (ARRT) operating C-arm equipment
Experience in surgical, orthopedic, or procedural environments
Ability to work independently while supporting physicians during cases
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience working in an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC)
Orthopedic imaging experience strongly preferred
Comfortable working in fast-paced procedural environments
Additional Requirements
Completion of standard ASC health screenings prior to start
Ability to work flexible procedural schedules as needed
