Job Title: Orthopedic Surgery Scheduler

Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday | Flexible hours
Pay: $18.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule orthopedic surgeries across multiple providers

• Communicate with patients, surgeons, and clinical staff to confirm procedure details and requirements

• Prepare and distribute pre-operative instructions and documentation

• Maintain accurate records within scheduling systems and EHR

• Resolve scheduling conflicts and optimize operating room time

• Monitor upcoming surgeries and ensure compliance with protocols

• Deliver professional, patient-centered support at all times

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Surgery Scheduler (orthopedics preferred)

• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and surgical workflows

• Excellent multitasking, organization, and attention to detail

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Proficiency with medical scheduling software and EHR systems
