Coordinator II
Location: Memphis, TN
Job Type: Contract (through 7/21/2026)
Pay Range: $18–$22 per hour


Position Overview

M Force Partners is seeking a Coordinator II to support high-volume parts processing and customer service operations. This role focuses on accurately reviewing, researching, and processing parts requests while delivering timely, professional support to internal and external customers.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable handling a heavy call volume, and able to interpret technical information to ensure the correct parts are quoted, ordered, and delivered.


Key Responsibilities

  • Review, analyze, and process customer parts requests accurately and in a timely manner

  • Process customer purchase orders (POs) in accordance with established procedures

  • Research part inquiries, including replacement, obsolete, inactive, foreign, and vendor-supplied materials

  • Prepare and process returned goods documentation, including credits and debits

  • Provide accurate pricing quotes for parts and materials

  • Identify, investigate, and resolve order discrepancies efficiently

  • Communicate with customers via phone and email to address inquiries and resolve issues

  • Manage high call volume while maintaining accuracy and service quality

  • Support special projects and perform additional duties as assigned

  • Deliver consistent, professional customer service aligned with company standards


Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of customer service experience in a high-volume call environment

  • Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Ability to read, interpret, and understand technical drawings and specifications

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting parts, technical service, or order management functions

  • Knowledge of elevator parts or related technical equipment

  • Background in a manufacturing, industrial, or technical service environment


Schedule & Work Environment

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

  • Office-based role with frequent customer interaction

  • Fast-paced environment requiring accuracy and responsiveness
